Criteria for Large Employer Awards
Recipients of this award are employees of Butterball LLC, LaBarge Electronics, and Wal-Mart of Huntsville.
Employee of the Year from Butterball LLC -
- Butterball gives three Employee of the Year Awards
- one for the dayshift
- one for the evening shift
- one for salaried employee
- Butterball officials select the recipients
- Butterball officials submit the names of their receipients to the Chamber Awards Committee who order the awards
- The presentation of the awards at the banquet are made by Butterball officials
Employee of the Year from LaBarge Electronics
- LaBarge Electronics gives one Employee of the Year Award
- LaBarge Electronics officials select the recipient
- LaBarge officials submit the name of their receipient to the Chamber Awards Committee who order the award
- The presentation of the award at the banquet is made by a LaBarge official
Employee of the Year from Wal-Mart
- Wal-Mart gives one Employee of the Year Award
- Wal-Mart management selects the recipient
- Wal-Mart officials submit the name of their receipient to the Chamber Awards Committee who order the award
- The presentation of the award at the banquet is made by a Wal-Mart official
